ASC Direct extends product range with investment in BM2508-Pro and BM1800-Mini

We're thrilled to announce a significant investment in two new corrugated box making machines, BM2508-Pro and BM1800-Mini, extending our manufacturing footprint and reinforcing our commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-focused packaging solutions.

BM2508-Pro

The BM2508-Pro is a highly versatile and advanced system designed to transform the way customised corrugated packaging is produced. Capable of processing over 150 box styles without the need for moulds, the machine enables rapid design changes and greater flexibility, making it ideal for modern, fast-paced supply chains.

One of the standout features of the BM2508-Pro is its ability to handle oversized carton boxes in a single pass, eliminating the need for multiple processing steps and reducing turnaround times. This means we're better able to serve our clients who have diverse packaging requirements, including large-format and bespoke designs.

BM1800-Mini

The BM1800-Mini is a fully automatic, multifunctional system engineered to meet the growing demand for customised and short-run packaging solutions. Featuring independent motor control and an impressive 1–6 second quick order changeover time, the machine allows seamless transitions between jobs, significantly reducing downtime and increasing responsiveness.

Offering exceptional versatility for a wide range of packaging requirements, the BM1800-Mini can process corrugated board up to 1800mm in width with unlimited length. It is also capable of producing customised box styles and handling inconsistent creasing patterns in a single pass, eliminating the need for multiple setups and streamlining the production process.
