Due to large order volumes and manufacturing distancing practices, bespoke manufacturing at the moment is taking a few days longer than our standard delivery time set out below.
Stock items are unaffected (see below delivery information for delivery times).

Please note that we are in the hands of our trusted couriers and therefore we cannot guarantee this service.
We operate a 'no-quibbles' guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We then will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note that the above does not include bespoke packaging purchases i.e boxes that have been produced using our BOXBUILDER software or products that have been custom printed.
If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges, re-deliveries may be charged at the normal delivery rate. Please see contact details below for advice.
If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact our returns team who will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Right To Cancel Excluding Bespoke Boxbuilder Item
In addition, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this does not apply where sealed products have been unsealed and used or for bespoke Boxbuilder items.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.
We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error .

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the store policies.
