Collection
You can select 'Collection from ASC' at checkout. Collection can be arranged once we have contacted you to notify your order is manufactured and ready for collection.
Collection is from the following address between office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) excluding bank holidays.

Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are shown on the cart page. Please note these are estimates based on current manufacturing times. Most orders leave our site on a next day service, but unfortunately the courier can take more than a day to deliver.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges start from £13, there delivery charges are calculated at checkout once a postcode has been added. All our delivery charges are based on the weight of the product which is why we aren't able to show a table of costs. We currently ship with Fedex and DPD.

Returns Policy
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If any items are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact our Returns Team to arrange a replacement or refund.

All of our Box builder boxes are made to order. Please ensure you have double-checked all measurements and specifications before completing your order, as these products are manufactured specifically to your requirements.
For Box Builder products, which are bespoke and made to measure, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless one of the following applies:
- The items were damaged in transit
- The internal measurements are incorrect by more than ±5mm
- The boxes were produced in a FEFCO style different from the one you ordered
We pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of our manufacturing process, and our team will always work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Any refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used, without undue delay.
Right to Cancel - Excluding Box Builder Items
In addition, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this does not apply where sealed products have been unsealed and used. Boxbuilder products are bespoke products and can not be refunded due to the immediate manufacturing process.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.
We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the store policies.
