For each bank holiday please add 24hrs to your estimated delivery above i.e. 48hrs additional lead time to cover Easter Good Friday and Easter Monday.



Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and exclude VAT. VAT is shown at checkout and on the invoice. Prices are correct at the time of publication, errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Title of goods supplied

All goods supplied will remain the property of ASC Direct until such time as they are paid for in full. ASC Direct reserves the right to sell or dispose of any goods manufactured for customers that are rejected for any reason and/or not paid for in full unless specifically agreed otherwise by the seller in writing prior to manufacture.


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly. We will reply within 5 working days and it will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.

Return Policy

ASC Direct Return Policy

We operate a 'no-quibbles' guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We then will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that the above does not include bespoke packaging purchases i.e boxes that have been produced using our BOXBUILDER software or products that have been custom printed.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

Right To Cancel Excluding Bespoke Boxbuilder Items

In addition, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this does not apply where sealed products have been unsealed and used or for bespoke boxbuilder items. 

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.

We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error .
